ScanFace Terms of Use (Public Offer)
This Agreement sets the terms under which users access the website ru.scanface.io and related domains/subdomains (“ScanFace”, the “Service”, “we/us”).
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing or using the Service, you accept it as a contract of adhesion.
1.2. We provide free, limited access to the Service. Additional features (“paid services”, “add-ons”) are available after payment confirmation.
1.3. Use of the Service is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation (RF).
1.4. We may amend this Agreement unilaterally. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the Site. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
1.5. You are responsible for reviewing the current version regularly.
2.1. Some features require registration. You must provide accurate, current, and sufficient data and keep it updated.
2.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (login/password, verification codes) and for all actions performed under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and notify us promptly.
2.3. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement or if security risks arise.
3.1. Your acceptance occurs when you perform any of the following: (a) tick an “I accept the terms” checkbox; (b) registration or authorization (sign-in); (c) starting to use the Service; (d) payment for paid services. From that moment, the contract is concluded and you are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms.
3.2. Silence is not acceptance.
4.1. Service materials (texts, images, databases, software, etc.) are protected by IP law. Exclusive rights belong to ScanFace and/or other rightsholders.
4.2. Any use of materials outside the Service requires prior written permission. Short quotations are allowed with proper source attribution where permitted by applicable law.
4.3. You shall not violate third-party rights or law, interfere with normal operation, bypass technical restrictions, or attempt any unauthorized access.
5.1. You are solely responsible for content you submit (messages, files, links, etc.) and for compliance with RF law and commonly accepted moral standards.
5.2. We are not obliged to pre-moderate user content but may remove/block content that violates these Terms or the law and may limit a user’s access.
6.1. The Service may include advertising. We are not responsible for advertising content or for consequences of following ads/links.
6.2. Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement; you use them at your own risk.
7.1. Paid services (add-ons) are provided in addition to free, limited access and are available on the terms shown in the UI/offer card at purchase time.
7.2. Payment moment. Payment is deemed made when funds are credited to ScanFace or when the payment provider/processor confirms success. An electronic receipt/invoice is sent where required by law.
7.3. Access provisioning. Access to the paid feature is granted automatically by upgrading account permissions after payment confirmation. Normally activation occurs within minutes; in case of technical delays—within a reasonable time needed to remedy the cause.
7.4. No access after payment. If access to a paid feature is not provided within 72 hours after payment due to our fault, you may request a refund or have the paid period applied to your account after the issue is resolved (at your choice).
7.5. Quality of service. If a paid service has defects, you may demand defect remediation, a proportionate price reduction, or termination with a refund—in the cases and manner established by mandatory RF consumer law.
7.6. Refund procedure. Email refund requests to hello@scanface.io with your account, payment date/time, issue description, and supporting materials (receipt, screenshots, etc.). Requests are reviewed within 5 (five) business days; if approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7.7. Refund exclusions. Free access is non-refundable. “Changed my mind / not suitable” after access is provided is not refundable, except as required by RF consumer-protection law for services of unsatisfactory quality.
7.8. Subscriptions & auto-renewal. If the UI explicitly offers an auto-renewing subscription and you select it, recurring charges and access renewal occur automatically per the plan page. You can cancel auto-renewal in the UI before the next billing date.
7.9. UI priority. The exact feature scope, prices, billing period, and payment currency are shown on the plan page at purchase and prevail for interpretation.
8.1. Processing of personal data (account data, contact and technical/device data, cookies, etc.) follows RF Law No. 152-FZ and our Privacy Policy published on the Site. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
8.2. By using the Service, you consent to personal data processing to the extent and for the purposes defined in the Privacy Policy. If purposes/scope change and additional consent is required by law, we will obtain it.
8.3. We apply information-security measures in line with RF law.
9.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant fitness to your expectations, uninterrupted/error-free operation, or compatibility with your software/hardware
9.2. We are not liable for losses due to your use/inability to use the Service, actions of third parties, network/provider/software failures, or use of external resources linked from the Service.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms creates agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture unless explicitly stated.
10.1. You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds for already rendered services are not provided except as set forth in Section 7.
10.2. We may limit or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if security risks arise.

12.1. Russian law governs this Agreement and any disputes.
12.2. Disputes will be settled by negotiations; failing that—by competent courts under RF procedural law at ScanFace’s location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Annex No. 1. List of Services and Plans
— Access to the Service with functional/resource limits (current limits are shown in the UI and may be updated).
1) Monthly plan — 9.90 USD / month Includes, among other things:
- Unlimited chats
- Project creation and separate folders
- Compatibility check
- Downloading scripts and dossiers in PDF format
Includes the same feature scope as the Monthly plan for the annual subscription period. Notes: — Features and prices may change; the information shown in the UI at purchase time prevails. — Paid services may be purchased as a one-time purchase or as an auto-renewing subscription if you explicitly select that option in the UI.
